If you’re having issues with the Payment buttons please try the following:
If your Travel Quote or Itinerary shows a “Update Security” button, please click that, let the page refresh, then try clicking Show Payment.
If your Travel Quote or Itinerary only shows a Get Payment button and Delete Payment button and the Show Payment button isn’t working please either clear your browser cache, use a different browser or if you are using Chrome please do the following: Apple Computer – Command + Shift + R. Windows Computer – Ctrl + Shift + R. This should hard refresh the page and start using the most up-to-date version of the CRM.
