After creating your clients profile you can start to send custom vacation quotes for destinations including theme parks, cruise lines, hotel only, international travel, all-inclusives and more.
Include important information including dates, ports, room types, special requests, port adventures, ticket types etc.
Each quote form includes an option for the client to accept and pay a deposit or ask for an edit or change to the quote.
Both the travel professional and client will receive emails along the way as payments or changes are made. Agents can send test emails as well to make sure everything looks good before sending to the client.
Once your client has paid their deposit you can change the quote over to an itinerary. This makes the booking official and separate from quotes you’ve sent out.
Your itinerary includes all your quote information plus the option to add notes or make changes. You’ll also be able to access your clients payment information and record payments as you make them. The client will receive an email recipient for each payment you make.
You can also set payment reminders to make sure you don’t forget important payment dates.
Agents can access quotes, clients, itineraries and payments through an easy to use interface and menu. All information is stored securely for each professional and can be changed or deleted if needed.
Coming soon, agents will be able to build and manage their own website with forms for travel quotes, vacation highlights, promos and offers.
